Had to be at the vet this morning with Tom to check his mouth and the jawbone.
Over the last week I got a very good feeling about all this.
He was simply doing to good, his bad breath was gone, he was up on the couch with all four paws in the air and even got playful.
The nosebleeds were gone once we came back home and he didn't seem to be bothered much by the hole in his jaw.
Well, the vets were very happy with him, the glands in his neck were hard to find, which had been the opposite for weeks. His gums looked good, the hole in his jaw seems to be closing and wasn't hurting anymore and best of all, the bone felt like it was growing back together.
I didn't know there were lose little bone fragments around the place the tooth was.
Well, those are growing back together nicely.
I could see the vet being very happy with this, he mentioned again that his guess was a tumor. But he was very happy to find out he was probably wrong.
Soooooo, now I can concentrate on the upcoming trip.
And like my son is saying almost every day now:
